We often have discounts for retreats a year in advance, and so the earlier you sign up, the more you save.
Yes - you are responsible for booking your own flights. However, we do provide airport transfers from Larnaca and Paphos airports provided we receive your flight details at least one week prior to your arrival.
The schedule is sent out to you a month before.
We invite all abilities. Our retreat provides you with the skills to learn and grow no matter your background or level. We will assign you to a group that best suits your strengths and areas requiring attention.
There will be at least one to two fitness classes a day, three yoga classes per week and additional activities such as running, hiking and beach classes.
Of course. When you fill out your application form, just specify your needs and we will cater to them.
Yes - you must have travel insurance and proof of it. In addition, you are required to tell us if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. We advise against pregnant women in their third trimester from attending given the nature of some activities.
